返品・返金ポリシー

BEAM66をご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。当社は製品の品質に誇りを持ち、お客様の満足を最優先に考えております。万が一ご購入にご満足いただけない場合は、以下のポリシーに基づき対応させていただきます。

返品について

· 返品受付期間：商品到着後14日以内にご連絡ください。

· 返品条件：未使用で、商品到着時と同様の状態で、元のパッケージに入っている必要があります。

· 返品不可商品：チームロゴなどのカスタマイズ製品は、初期不良を除き返品対象外となります。

· 返品手続き：返品をご希望の場合は、[連絡先メールアドレスまたはお問い合わせフォーム]までご連絡ください。返品が承認された後、返送方法についてご案内いたします。

返金について

· 商品が当社に到着し、状態を確認後、返金の可否をご連絡いたします。

· 返金が承認された場合、7〜10営業日以内にご購入時のお支払い方法へ返金いたします。

· 初期不良や誤配送を除き、送料は返金対象外となります。

交換について

· 商品に不具合や破損がある場合のみ、交換対応をいたします。交換をご希望の場合は、注文情報と不具合箇所の写真を添えてご連絡ください。

返品時の送料について

· お客様都合による返品の場合、返送時の送料はお客様のご負担となります。

· 初期不良や誤配送の場合は、当社が送料を負担いたします。

· 追跡可能な配送方法のご利用を推奨いたします。返送中の紛失・破損については責任を負いかねます。

Return & Refund Policy

Returns

· Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

· Non-returnable items: Customized products (e.g., team logo gloves) are not eligible for return unless defective.

· Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [insert contact email or form link]. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.

Refunds

· Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

· If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

· Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

· We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us with your order details and photos of the issue.

Shipping for Returns

· You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defective product).

· We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
